I have learned the secret of living in every situation, whether it is with a full stomach or empty, with plenty or little. I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.”

I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. Ephesians 1:15-19

How precious is Your love, O, God! Your people take refuge under the shadow of Your wings. They feast upon the abundance of Your house. You give them drink from the river of Your delights. For with You is the well of life, and in Your light, we see light. Continue Your loving-kindness to those who know you, and Your favor to those who are true of heart. Psalm 36

God has given us all special gifts for edification. “Now to each one, the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and He distributes them to each one, just as He determines. There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord.  There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work.” 1 Corinthians 12

Though you search for your enemies, you will not find them., those who wage war against you will be as nothing at all. For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you. Isaiah 41:13

“For darkness shall cover the earth, and thick darkness the peoples, but the Lord will arise and shine upon you, and his glory will appear over you. Nations shall come to Your light and kings to the brightness of Your dawn.” To God be the glory!

Today, I have more than enough to be thankful for, but I am most thankful, that I am able to celebrate a milestone birthday with my daughter Davika. I could honestly say, that, she is the best gift I have ever received, a gift I never dreamed of, or even knew that my heart would want and love so much until I gave birth to her. Davika, I could never imagine I would ever be this happy, the joys you bring to my life, you are the best thing that ever happened to me. I thank God for you every day, and having you in my life to love and to share with, is a gift that keeps on giving. As you begin this new chapter in your life, may you allow God to lead you and to guide you, and follow obediently, because where he leads us, we should follow. I am convinced, that eyes have not seen, nor ear heard, nor has it entered into the heart of man, just what good things God has in store for you. Happy, Happy, Birthday!
