Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Proverbs 3:5,6

“When we walk with the Lord in the light of His Word. What a glory He sheds on our way! While we do His good will, He abides with us still, and with all who will trust and obey. Trust and obey, for there’s no other way, to be happy in Jesus, but to trust and obey.”

The righteous will never be shaken, but the wicked will not inhabit the land. Proverbs 10:30

Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion, which cannot be shaken but endures forever. As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the Lord surrounds his people both now and forevermore. Psalm 125:1

“For I hear the slander of many; there is terror on every side. They conspire against me and plot to take my life. Even my close friend whom I trusted, the one who shared my bread, has lifted up his heel against me.”

But the Lord is with me like a mighty warrior; so, my persecutors will stumble and not prevail. They will fail and be thoroughly disgraced; their dishonor will never be forgotten. Jeremiah 11:20 “Trust in Him at all times, O people; pour out your hearts before Him. God is our refuge!”

“They will fight against you, but will never overcome you, since I am with you to deliver you,” declares the Lord. Jeremiah 1:19

“Be strong and courageous; do not be afraid or terrified of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you.” My brothers and sisters in Christ, if God be for us, who can be against us? Whatever our assignment is from the Lord, we must never be fearful, for the Lord will be with us, he will be the guard to go before us, and prepare the way. Have faith!

The word of the Lord came to Jeremiah, saying “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born, I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.” Jeremiah 1:5

My brothers and sisters in Christ, all of us were called by God for a specific purpose. He set us apart for his own work. Now, when God was ready to begin a work in Jeremiah, he was still a child, and he was fearful, and he said, “Ah, Lord God, “I surely do not know how to speak, for I am only a child!” But the Lord said to Jeremiah, “Don’t say, ‘I’m too young,’ for you must go wherever I send you and say whatever I tell you.”  Whatever God commands us to do, we must go willingly, for he is able.

But if any prophet dares to speak a message in My name that I have not commanded him to speak, or to speak in the name of other gods, that prophet must be put to death.” Deuteronomy 18:20

You may say to yourselves, “How can we know when a message has not been spoken by the Lord?” If what a prophet proclaims in the name of the Lord does not take place or come true, that is a message the Lord has not spoken. That prophet has spoken presumptuously. You need not be afraid of him. Deuteronomy 18

Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God. For many false prophets have gone out into the world. 1 John 4:1

Then the Lord said, “These prophets are telling lies in my name. I did not send them or tell them to speak. I did not give them any messages. They prophesy of visions and revelations they have never seen or heard. They speak foolishness made up in their own lying hearts. Jeremiah 14:1

Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Matthew 7:15

This is what the Lord Almighty says: “Do not listen to what the prophets are prophesying to you; they fill you with false hopes. They speak visions from their own minds, not from the mouth of the Lord.” Jeremiah 23:16

Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of such things the wrath of God is coming on the sons of disobedience. Ephesians 5:6

Don’t let anyone capture you with empty philosophies and high-sounding nonsense that come from human thinking and from the spiritual powers of this world, rather than from Christ. Colossian 2:8

To fear the Lord is to hate evil; I hate arrogant pride, evil conduct, and perverse speech. Proverbs 8:13

The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable, but the mouth of the wicked, what is perverse. Let no unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building up the one in need and bringing grace to those who listen. Ephesians 4:29
