Teach me your ways, O Lord, that I may live according to your truth! Grant me purity of heart, so that I may honor you. Psal 86:11

“Guide me in Your truth and teach me, for You are the God of my salvation; all day long I wait for You. For thy lovingkindness is before mine eyes: and I will walk in thy truth.”

Behold, I am coming soon, and My reward is with Me, to give to each one according to what he has done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end. Revelation 22:12-13

“Blessed are those who wash their robes. They will be permitted to enter through the gates of the city and eat the fruit from the tree of life. This is the gate of the Lord; the righteous shall enter through it.”

“Teach me Your way, O Lord, and lead me in a smooth path. When I am sad at heart, teach me thy way! When earthly joys depart, teach me thy way! In hours of loneliness, in times of dire distress, in failure or success, teach me thy way.”

“Teach me thy way, O Lord; teach me thy way! Thy guiding grace afford; teach me thy way! Help me to walk aright, more by faith, less by sight; lead me with heav’nly light; teach me thy way! When doubts and fears arise, teach me thy way! When storms o’erspread the skies, teach me thy way! Shine thro’ the cloud and rain, thro’ sorrow, toil, and pain; make thou my pathway plain; teach me thy way. Long as my life shall last, teach me thy way! Where’er my lot be cast, teach me thy way! Until the race is run, until the journey’s done, until the crown is won, teach me thy way!”

The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is my life’s refuge; of whom shall I be afraid?  One thing I ask of the Lord, this I seek, to dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, That I may gaze on the loveliness of the Lord and contemplate his temple. Psalm 27

“Though an army may encamp against me, my heart shall not fear; though war may rise against me, in this I will be confident, my head shall be lifted up above my enemies all around me; therefore, I will offer sacrifices of joy in His tabernacle; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to the Lord.”

“Be Thou my vision, O Lord of my heart, naught be all else to me, save that Thou art, Thou my best thought, by day or by night, waking or sleeping, Thy presence my light.” Thank you, Lord!

“Riches I heed not, nor vain, empty praise, Thou mine inheritance, now and always, Thou and Thou only first in my heart, High King of heaven, my treasure Thou art. High King of heaven, my victory won, may I reach heaven’s joys, O bright heaven’s sun, heart of my own heart, whatever befall, still be my vision, O ruler of all.”

For I do not do the good I want to do. Instead, I keep on doing the evil I do not want to do. Romans 7:15

For the flesh craves what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are opposed to each other, so that you do not do what you want. Galatians 5:17

The sacrifice of the wicked is detestable to the Lord, but the prayer of the upright is His delight. Proverbs 15:8

“The Lord is more pleased when we do what is right and just than when we offer him sacrifices. Samuel declared; “Does the Lord delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as much as in obedience to His voice? Behold, obedience is better than sacrifice, and attentiveness is better than the fat of rams.”

“Do no sinful action, speak no angry word; you belong to Jesus, children of the Lord.”

“There’s a wicked spirit, watching round you still, and he tries to tempt you to all harm and ill. You are new-born Christians, you must learn to fight, with the bad within you, and to do the right. Christ is your own Master, he is good and true, and his little children must be holy too.”

For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil. Ecclesiastes 12:14

And this is the message I proclaim—that the day is coming when God, through Christ Jesus, will judge everyone’s secret life. Romans 2:16

For by your words, you will be acquitted, and by your words, you will be condemned. Matthew 12:37

The tongue also is a fire, a world of wickedness among the parts of the body. It pollutes the whole person, sets the course of his life on fire, and is itself set on fire by hell. James 3:6
