When Jesus was condemned to die, for a crime he did not commit, he stood strong in silence. He was betrayed by a friend, falsely accused, and wrongly judged; yet, he accepted his punishment without a word of protest. He did this for us!

My brothers and sisters in Christ as we go through the season of Lent, we should be more mindful of all that the Lord has done for us, we should be asking ourselves some serious questions about how we live our own lives. Jesus was wrongly condemned for a crime he did not commit. Have you ever been wrongly accused, or have you misjudged or wrongly accused others? To be betrayed by a friend, falsely accused and wrongly judged, hurts. Many of us would not have stood silently and be condemned for a crime we did not commit. Thank you, Jesus, for what you did for us.
