Before I gave my life to Christ, when I was in need, God was the last person I would think of to help me, but as I have grown in my walk with him, I know now that all I need to do is to continually trust God to give me my fruits in due season, to cast all my cares on him and wait. For my God has promised to supply all of my needs according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus and he is a God who cannot lie. Therefore, I will trust him with my whole heart.

Sweet is the hour of prayer, when we blend our voices and lift our praises to God’s ear, sweet is the hour of prayer, when we could just be in God’s presence to listen to His voice, sweet is the hour of prayer when our devotions are more of praises that pleas. Help us Lord, to make time for you, because you always make time for us. Amen!

My brothers and sisters in Christ, we must be fully suited up, for we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist the devil in the evil days, and having done everything, to stand firm. Praise the Lord!

Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon son of John, do you love me more than these?” “Yes, Lord,” he said, “you know that I love you.” Jesus said, “Feed my lambs.” Jesus asked Peter the same question two more times if he loved Him and each time Peter said yes, and Jesus’ response to him was this, “If you love me, tend my lambs and shepherd my sheep.” If we are shepherds in God’s vineyard, we should not only take care of ourselves, but a shepherd should also take care of his flock. Praise the Lord!

My brothers and sisters in Christ, God’s timing is not the same as ours, he works on his own timetable, he is not pressured by our grumblings, because he knows what is best for us. Many times we pray to God to give us a house and God will give us an apartment, because he knows that is what we are able to manage. When God blesses us great or small, give him the glory and praise, and trust him to give you those things which are good for you and in his own time. God always knows best.

My brothers and sisters in Christ, God is the potter who is able to make all things new, he is able to give us a fresh start, he is able to redirect our paths and lead us His way. Therefore, will you trust God today to have his own way in your life? Are you ready to submit to Him and let Him have absolute sway? Are you ready for Him to fill you with His kind and gentle spirit, till all around can see, Christ only always, living in you? Lord, we surrender all to you this day, have your own way! Amen!

“I urge you, brothers and sisters, to watch out for those who cause divisions and put obstacles in your way that are contrary to the teaching you have learned. Keep away from them!” Galatians 5:8 warns us, “That kind of persuasion does not come from the one who calls you.” Be watchful!

Many say that they do not know their purpose in life, that they cannot see the good things God promised that he predestined for them; but know that in God’s own time, when he is pleased with us, that he will make known to us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ Jesus. Do good and wait patiently on the Lord. Praise the Lord!

Lord, in the multitude of my anxieties, you comfort my soul, therefore, I shall not be moved. Though the tumultuous waves crash around me, your comfort delights my soul. Lord, you have been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy. You are my God, worthy of all the praise. Thank you, Lord!

Lord, when you have blessed us so much, give us grateful, thankful hearts. Let us tell others what you have done for us, so that they too would long to see and taste of your goodness. Lord, in times of trouble we have called on you and you have helped us, in sickness we have called on you and you healed us, therefore we thank you and praise you, and bless your holy name, for all the wonderful things you have done and continue to do for us.
