Oh God, the hope of all those who put their trust in you, favorably look upon us and bless us with the peace that only you could afford, the peace that will surpass all understanding, the peace that will allow us to handle our conflicts with prayers. Lord, your word reminds us, that if our strength fails in the day of adversity our faith is weak, so give us a faith Lord that will not shrink, though pressed by many a foe, that will not tremble on the brink of any earthly woe.
