We must remember to thank God for small mercies. (PFEL)

So many times we have prayed to God to help us, and we forget to lift him up in praise when he answers our prayers. I am guilty, because there have been times in my life when I have forgotten to thank God for answered prayers, because my prayer need at the time was not significant. Stop right where you are and give God a praise; don’t think, just stop right where you are and give God a praise. You have been blessed in so many ways, but, did you stop to give God a praise? There were times when you were down, when you were standing on shaky ground, when your back was against the wall and you were just about to fall; something or someone picked you up and set you straight again. That something was Jesus, that someone was Jesus. If you did not know it then, you know it now, so stand right where you are and give God a praise.
