“The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.”

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, I will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah. Psalm 46:1

Lord, who may dwell in your tabernacle? Who may abide upon your holy hill?

Whoever leads a blameless life and does what is right, who speaks the truth from his heart, and there is no guile upon his tongue; he does no evil to his friend; he does not heap contempt upon his neighbor, and in his sight, the wicked is rejected, but he honors those who fear the Lord. Whoever does these things shall never be overthrown. Psalm 15

“There’s a Friend for little children above the bright blue sky, a Friend who never changes, whose love will never die; our earthly friends may fail us and change with changing years; this Friend is always worthy of that dear name he bears.”

Thankyou, Lord, that you have been my friend, the only constant in my life, who never changes.

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. Hebrews 13:8

Many a man proclaims his own steadfast love, but a faithful man who can find? Proverbs 20:6

When I behold Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, the moon and the stars, which You have set in place. Psalm 8:3

The Lord founded the earth by wisdom and established the heavens by understanding.  By His knowledge the watery depths were broken open, and the clouds dripped with dew. Proverbs 3:19-20

Worthy are You, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for You created all things; by Your will they exist and were created. Revelation 4:11

The Lord made the earth by His power; He established the world by His wisdom and stretched out the heavens by His understanding. Jeremiah 10:12

By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible. Hebrews 11:3

For in Him all things were created, things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities. All things were created through Him and for Him. Colossians 1:16

For everything that was written in the past was written for our instruction, so that through endurance and the encouragement of the Scriptures, we might have hope. Romans 15:4

This Book of the Law must not depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. For then you will prosper and succeed in all you do. Joshua 1:8

You need milk, not solid food! For everyone who lives on milk is still an infant, inexperienced in the message of righteousness. But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained their senses to distinguish good from evil. Hebrews 5:12

Brothers, I could not address you as spiritual, but as worldly, as infants in Christ. I gave you milk, not solid food, for you were not yet ready for solid food. In fact, you are still not ready. 1 Corinthians 3:1-2

“Truly I tell you,” He said, “unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 18:3

When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I set aside childish ways. 1 Corinthians 13:11
