Rejoice always, pray continually, and give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer. Matthew 21:22
“Ask the Savior to help you, comfort, strengthen and keep you; He is willing to aid you, He will carry you through.” Yes, He is able.
Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you, I appointed you a prophet to the nations. Jeremiah 1:5
And we know that God works all things together for the good of those who love Him, who are called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28
“In Christ, there is no East or West, in Him no North or South, but one great fellowship of love throughout the whole wide world.” What an example for us!
“Join hands disciples of the faith, whatever your race may be, for who serves my Father as a son, is surely kin to me. In Christ now meet both East and West, in Him meet South and North, all Christly souls are one in Him throughout the whole wide world.” May we learn to love one another with the same love as Christ has taught us.
“So let us not grow weary in doing what is right, for we will reap at harvest-time if we do not give up.”
Do not be deceived, God is not mocked, for you reap whatever you sow. If you sow to your own flesh, you will reap corruption from the flesh, but if you sow to the spirit, you will reap eternal life from the spirit. So then, whenever we have an opportunity, let us work for the good of all, and especially for those of the family of faith. Galatians 6
What is faith? Are we continually walking by faith and not just by sight? My brothers and sisters in Christ, the things that we do see are temporal, but the hope that we cannot see springs eternal.
Hebrews 11 reminds us, that, “Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good testimony.” What does that tell us? That we too, if we exercise our faith, that we will have much testimonies to share. So, instead of us reminding others of what God did for Abraham, and Sarah, and Job, and Shadrach, Meshack, and Abednego, let us tell others what God has done for us; we all have testimonies that could be a blessing to others.
God is not a man, that He should lie, or a son of man, that He should change His mind. Does He speak and not act? Does He promise and not fulfill? Numbers 23:19
“What if some did not have faith? Will their lack of faith nullify God’s faithfulness?” Absolutely not! Therefore, those of us who have the faith to believe in God’s faithfulness, ought to minister to those who do not believe, by sharing what God has done for us, so that they too could come to believe, that, God is faithful, and that he will do for them what he has done for us. Praise the Lord!
God, who has called you into fellowship with His Son Jesus Christ our Lord, is faithful. 1 Corinthians 1:9
Understand, therefore, that the Lord your God is indeed God. He is the faithful God who keeps his covenant for a thousand generations and lavishes his unfailing love on those who love him and obey his commands. Deuteronomy 7:9
If we are faithless, He remains faithful, for He cannot deny Himself. 2 Timothy 2:13
“Great is thy faithfulness, O God, my Father, there is no shadow of turning with Thee, Thou changest not Thy compassions they fail not, as Thou hast been and forever will be. Great is Thy faithfulness! Great is Thy faithfulness! Morning by morning new mercies I see; all I have needed Thy hand hath provided, great is Thy faithfulness, Lord, unto me.” Thank you, Lord!
But if anyone loves God, he is known by God. 1 Corinthians 8:3
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28
