Oh, that men would #praise the Lord, especially when there seems to be no way out. #Praise Him!
Many times when our backs are against the wall, when there seems to be no way out, when problems tumble all around and enemies confront us from every aside, we are tempted to give up, to give in, because our faith is weakened; but I am here to remind you, that the God whom we serve will not allow our strength to fail in times of adversity, if we trust in him, he will uphold us through the storms of life. #Praise Him, through it all!
The eyes of the Lord are in every place, observing the evil and the good. Proverbs 15:3
The eyes of the Lord search the whole earth in order to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him. The eyes of the Lord are on all their ways. They are not hidden from His face, and their guilt is not concealed from His eyes. “Can a man hide in secret places where I cannot see him?” declares the Lord?
Those who know your name will put their trust in you, for you never forsake those who seek you. Psalm 9:9
“I will give thanks to You, O Lord, with my whole heart, I will tell of all Your marvelous works. I will be glad and rejoice in You, I will sing to Your Name, O Most High. All the world will know of all the wonderful things that You have done.” I will call upon Your Name, because it is a strong tower.
Make level paths for your feet, and all your ways will be sure. Proverbs 4:26
“For a man’s ways are before the eyes of the Lord, and the Lord watches all his paths. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight; everything is uncovered and exposed before the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.”
“Seek the Lord while He may be found; call on Him while He is near.”
The poor and needy seek water, but there is none; their tongues are parched with thirst. I, the Lord, will answer them; I, the God of Israel, will not forsake them. Isaiah 41:17
Behold, the Lord’s hand is not so short that it cannot save; nor is His ear so dull that it cannot hear. Isaiah 59:1
My brothers and sisters in Christ, if we have read this word, if we have been reassured that the Lord’s arm is not too weak to save you, nor is his ear too deaf to hear your call, why are we not calling out more to the Lord? Why are we still worried and afraid? Listen to this, Isaiah 65: 24 says, “I will answer them before they even call to me. While they are still talking about their needs, I will go ahead and answer their prayers!” What an awesome God we serve!
Is anything too difficult for the Lord? Genesis 18:14
The world as we know it has changed, we are a people who are hurting in so many different ways, we are challenged at every turn, but we must be always mindful, that there is nothing too hard for our God. My brothers and sisters in Christ, when we are tempted and tried, let us not lose heart, let us not give up; for God reminds us in His word; “Is My hand too short to redeem you? Or do I lack the strength to deliver you? Behold, My rebuke dries up the sea; I turn the rivers into a desert; the fish rot for lack of water and die of thirst. My brothers and sisters in Christ, think on these things and be renewed in your minds. There is absolutely nothing too hard for our God, and his ways, his thoughts towards us are for good. Keep the faith!
“You have said, ‘What’s the use of serving God? What have we gained by obeying his commands or by trying to show the Lord of Heaven’s Armies that we are sorry for our sins? Malachi 3:14
My brothers and sisters in Christ, many of us may have gotten tired of waiting on God and may have asked, “Why have we fasted, and You have not seen? Why have we humbled ourselves, and You have not noticed? Not only do evildoers prosper, they even test God and escape.” But know that God has promised, that, on the day when he prepares his possessions, we will know the difference between the righteous and the wicked, those who serve God, and those who do not. We must not be discouraged.
As God’s fellow workers, then, we urge you not to receive God’s grace in vain. 2 Corinthians 6:1
“Be careful that no one falls short of the grace of God, so that no root of bitterness will spring up to cause trouble and defile many. See that no one is sexually immoral or unholy like Esau, who sold his birthright for a single meal. Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.”
They turned back and acted treacherously like their fathers; they turned aside like a treacherous bow. Psalm 78:57
“If I tell the righteous man that he will surely live, but he then trusts in his righteousness and commits iniquity, then none of his righteous works will be remembered; he will die because of the iniquity he has committed.”
