We have so much to praise God for. “Ascribe the power to God, whose majesty is over Israel, whose strength is in the skies.” Psalm 68: 34

Then God said, “Let lights appear in the sky to separate the day from the night. Let them be signs to mark the seasons, days, and years, and there was evening, and there was morning the third day.” My brothers and sisters in Christ, we awake in the morning and go to bed at evening time, we experience another day and another year another season, is that not enough to give God praise for? “Ascribe the power to God, whose majesty is over Israel, whose strength is in the skies.” Praise him!

Let Everything That Has Breath Praise the Lord! Psalm 150

Praise the Lord! Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heaven! Praise him for his mighty works; praise his unequaled greatness! Praise Him with the sound of the trumpet; praise Him with the harp and lyre. Praise him with the tambourine and dancing; praise him with strings and flutes! Praise him with sounding cymbals; praise him with loud clashing cymbals! Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord. Psalm 150

Hallelujah! Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His loving devotion endures forever. Psalm 106:1

“For You, O Lord, are kind and forgiving, rich in loving devotion to all who call on You. For Your loving devotion is higher than the heavens, and Your truth reaches to the skies. Be exalted, O God, above the highest heavens, may your glory shine over all the earth, that Your beloved may be delivered. O give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His loving devotion endures forever.”

Exalt the Lord our God, and worship at His footstool; He is holy! Psalm 99:5

“Magnify the Lord with me; let us exalt His name together. Let us exalt Him in the assembly of the people and praise Him in the council of the elders. Let us praise His great and awesome name, He is holy! O come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.”

The Lord is my strength and my song, and He has become my salvation. He is my God, and I will praise Him, my father’s God, and I will exalt Him. Exodus 15:2

Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth! Worship the Lord with gladness! Come before Him, singing with joy! Know that the Lord is God. It is He who made us, and we are His; we are His people, the sheep of His pasture. Therefore, let us enter His gates with thanksgiving; and go into His courts with praise. Give thanks to Him and praise His name. For the Lord is good. His unfailing love continues forever, and His faithfulness continues to all generations. Psalm 100

“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways,” declares the Lord.

“The Lord is unchangeable, once he has made his decision, who can change his mind? What he desires, that he does. Therefore, he will do to me whatever he has planned. He controls my destiny. No wonder I am so terrified in his presence. When I think of it, terror grips me.” Blessed are they who fear the Lord and do not contend with him.

How great are Your works, O Lord, how deep are Your thoughts! Psalm 92:5

“Many, O Lord my God, are the wonders You have done, and the plans You have for us, none can compare to You, if I would proclaim and declare of them, they are more than could be numbered.”

Though an army encamps around me, my heart will not fear; though a war breaks out against me, I will keep my trust. Psalm 27:3

“I will lie down and sleep in peace, for You alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety. I will not be afraid of many thousands of people who have set themselves against me all around. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.” Thank you, Lord!

Though they intend you harm, the schemes they devise will not prevail. Psalm 21:11

“When evil people come to devour me, when my enemies and foes attack me, they will stumble and fall. The Lord frustrates the plans of the nations; He thwarts the devices of the peoples, the Lord’s plans stand firm forever; his intentions can never be shaken. Many plans are in a man’s heart, but the purpose of the Lord will prevail.”

Do not envy wicked men or desire their company; do not envy a violent man or choose any of his ways; for their hearts plot violence, and their words always stir up trouble. Proverbs 24

Oh, the joys of those who do not follow the advice of the wicked, or stand around with sinners, or join in with mockers. But they delight in the law of the Lord, meditating on it day and night. They are like trees planted along the riverbank, bearing fruit each season. Their leaves never wither, and they prosper in all they do. The wicked are not so, but are like chaff that the wind drives away. They will be condemned at the time of judgment. Sinners will have no place among the godly. For the Lord watches over the path of the godly, but the path of the wicked leads to destruction. Psalm 1
