Do you long to dwell in the courts of the Lord? Happy are they who dwell in the house of the Lord!
Many would tell you that they do not see the point of praising God in his sanctuary, but happy are they who dwell in the house of our God. Would you rather dwell in the tents of wickedness rather that being a doorkeeper in the house of the Lord? I would rather dwell in the courts of the Lord, than dwell in the tents of wickedness.
What is preventing you from walking faithfully in the ways of the Lord?
Is it your family, friends, material things, or your own stubborn wills? Whatever the obstacle between yourself and God, pray to God to remove it, humbly ask him to banish it from you so that nothing will separate you from the love of God and that you will be able to walk in his statutes and keep his commandments, all the days of your life.
Have you given back to God any of the blessings that he has so freely given to you? Have you been robbing God of his tithes and offerings?
All things come from God of his own we should give. We can do nothing in our own strength, he makes us rich with blessings, he honors us with his favor, therefore my brothers and sisters in Christ, give to God what belongs to him and receive his promised blessings, to return to you so much that it will be pressed down and shaken together, your barns will be full and you will have plenty. Bring your tithes and offerings into God’s storehouse. Praise the Lord!
Have you been walking contrary to God’s will for your life?
It is never too late for a new start. Our God is a God of second chances, he is s God who has predestined great things for us, but we allow the enemy to entice us, to lead us far away from God and his will for us, but it’s time to begin a new, allow God to help you, to show you the way and the more you listen to him the more he will show you the way that you should go.
Will you trust God in all things seen and unseen for 2015?
When we trust God in all things, he will turn our dry pools into rivers of water, he will make paths for us in the desert, he will remove every stumble block from before us, he will anoint our heads with fresh oil and he will lead us in the paths of righteousness. Knowing this, let us trust God in all things seen and unseen for 2015?
Won’t somebody tell the story of Jesus, how he came to set captives free?
You and I who have been redeemed by the Savior Christ the Lord, will you help to save others. “Snatch others from the fire and save them.” Jude 1:23
Will you make Jesus the Lord and Master of your life today?
What you think you cannot live without, is nothing compared to what you could have if Jesus is the Lord and Master of your life. He is a gift that keeps on giving, and he promised that he will fill your cup, he promised that if you are faithful your blessings will overflow, pressed down and shaken together. My brothers and sisters in Christ, your cup has been empty for a long time, you have been hungry for a long time, but if you accept Jesus today, you will have only a hunger for thirst and of righteousness and you will be filled. Praise the Lord!
What are you most thankful for this morning?
There is so much to be thankful for, where do I begin? Lord, you sent me the best gift, a gift that keeps on giving, your Son Jesus, and He is all I will ever need. I thank you, Lord, for health, for strength, for family and friends, thank you, Lord, for saving me, for making me a joint heir with you. Lord, as long as my life is closely linked with yours, I will secure this in chains that will never be broken. Thank you, Lord!
The Lord reigns, he is worthy to be praised. Will you join me in giving thanks and praise to the Most High God?
Let everything that has breath praise the Lord! Praise the Lord! All your works shall praise you, O Lord, and your saints shall bless you. My mouth will speak in praise of the Lord. Let every creature praise his holy name for ever and ever. Praise be to the LORD, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting. Amen and Amen!
Are you still afraid? Do you not feel the presence of God in your life?
The people who in darkness dwelled have seen a great light. You are those who once walked in darkness, but because of Jesus Christ, you are now able to walk in the light of the Lord. So get up, trust that God will always go before you, and walk without fear, knowing that God is near. Praise the Lord!
