Do you want the Lord to lift you up higher this morning? Lift Him up in praise!

Lord, the more we lift you up, the higher you lift us up. The more committed we are to you, the more blessings we receive, therefore we will praise you, confident, that you will lift us up and let us stand, by faith on heaven’s table land, for no higher plain that we could find, so dear Lord, please plant our feet on higher ground. Amen!

What does is really mean to be born again, to become a new person in Christ?

This means, that anyone who has accepted Christ, as their Lord and Savior, belongs to Him, and has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun! You forget the former things; and do not dwell on the past, you have accepted a new way of life; the things you used to do, you do no more, and the places you used to go, you go no more. For Jesus said, “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh, for very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.” Praise the Lord!

Who is your anchor this morning, and through all the unchanging scenes of life?

We have an anchor who is God, and he keeps the soul steadfast and sure while the billows roll, we are fastened to the Rock which cannot move, and grounded firm and deep in the Savior’s love. Our ship is safely moored and will the storm withstand, for it is secured by the Savior’s hand. Thank you, Lord, for sustaining us through all the unchanging scenes of life.

Do we show mercy to others even as we seek mercy from the Lord our God?

“If we say we have no sin we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us, but if we confess our sins God is faithful and just and will forgive us from all unrighteousness.” Therefore, even as God forgive us, let us forgive one another.

Is there something that you’ve taken for granted? It won’t always be there when wanted or needed.

Time is a commodity that fades away, time won’t stand still, nor could be reclaimed the next day, so do what you can, while you can, for tomorrow is not promised to any man. Take the time to thank the people in your life who show up, not just when they need you, but when needed.

Is God in the midst of your storm this morning?

O, yes he is! He sees and knows everything that we go through, and he has a plan that only requires us to trust him, and to believe that he has his way in the whirlwind and the storm. Praise the Lord!

TELL A FRIEND, BRING A FRIEND, SEND A FRIEND!

What is your assurance this morning? Who is your confidence this morning?

The Lord your God is with you, no matter what you are going through, or what will come before you today, God will give you rest on every side. Trust him, believe that he is able, that he not only holds the world in his hand, but carries like a child in his bosom. Praise the Lord!

What has the Lord done for you lately that deserves his praise?

The Lord does so much and continue to for us what no one else is able to. He is our provider, our healer, our deliverer, he is our all in all. Jesus is the sweetest friend I know, he is a father like no other. He gives to us only the very best, he knows our needs and gives them to us in due season. “Oh, that men would praise the Lord, for his goodness, and for his mighty acts to the children of men.” Praise the Lord!

Is your family in distress because of a troubled marriage?

When your marriage is falling apart, when love has gone out the window. Call on God and he will be your mediator. Lord, we pray for stability in troubled homes, we pray for families in distress, mediate for them Lord, intercede Lord, and grant them peace.
