Have you ever been there? Have you ever felt like you were too far gone for God to save you?

My brothers and sisters in Christ, no matter where we have been or what we have done, Christ the Redeemer has the power to save us. No matter how long we have walked in darkness, He is able to reveal to us His marvelous light. God is our God of second chances, just trust Him and He will turn your life around. I trusted Him and He turned my life around. ‘Twas grace that brought me safe thus far and grace will lead me home. Thank you, Lord!

Will you take refuge in the Lord and allow him to be your strong tower?

No matter what we are going through, if we fear the Lord, we will trust him completely and let him deliver us. We would cling to him, we will call upon his name and be confident in him. My brothers and sisters in Christ, the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, the name of the Lord is a strong tower, the righteous runs to it and are saved. What is holding you back?

Will you be one of those preserved by the Lord, or one whom He will destroy because of evil?

Lord, I want to fear You so that you will satisfy my life with good things. Lord, I will not be overcome by evil and will try to overcome evil with good. I am looking expectantly to you, so that, you will give me the desires of my heart. Lord, I love you and I am striving daily to do your will, so that you will preserve me and not destroy me. Help me, Lord!

Will you give the Lord thanks and praise for all that he has done?

For all things were created through him and by him for his greater glory. He has equipped us for every good work, therefore let us walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God, who strengthens us, and who makes all things work together for our good because we love him.

Will you trust the Lord to fulfill your needs?

When we totally trust the Lord to fulfill our needs and we are patient enough to wait, he fills our lives with good things. He will make us lie down on green pastures, he will lead us besides still waters, he will restore our souls, he will lead us in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake, and even though we may walk through the valley of the shadow of death, we shall fear no evil for he will be with us, and his rod and staff will comfort us. He will prepare tables before us in the presence of our enemies, he will anoint out heads so that our cups will run over, and he will allow his goodness and mercy to follow us all the days of our lives. Is this not reason enough to trust the Lord our good Shepherd? Do you need more reasons to trust God?

Will you cry out to God for a pure heart, and for him to fill your life anew?

Let us pray! Dear God, create in us new and clean hearts, and the right spirits to follow thee. Lord, it is our prayer, but let your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Lord, we are longing for pure hearts that will blend ours with yours, hearts which glows with your fire divine, and hearts that will sing your praises. Lord, without you this morning, we are nothing, we are empty vessels, but we are ready and we are willing, make us fit or your service Lord, so, breathe on us breath of God and fill us with life anew, that we may love what thou dost love and would do all that thou would do. Thank you, Lord!

The Lord does so much for us, yet we refuse to return to him. Why?

Many refuse to return to the Lord, because of their rebellious hearts, but, there will come a time when you will heed God’s call, to assemble yourselves together and come, to drawn near to God, that you will look to Him and be saved, for there is no God like our Jehovah, there will surely come a time, when every knee shall bow, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, that our Redeemer lives! Praise the Lord!

Are you wholly leaning on God and trusting in His holy word?

My brothers and sisters in Christ, it will be easy for us to say, that, we are wholly leaning on God and trusting in His holy word, when things are good; but, when troubled times comes, then comes our real test of faith and how much trust we put in God. It took me a while to get this, but, I have seen God come through for me when I trusted him, and now, I am singing this song daily, “Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus, just to take Him at His word, just to rest upon His promise, just to know, thus, says the Lord. Jesus, Jesus, how I trust Him, how I’ve proved Him o’re and o’re, Jesus, Jesus, precious Jesus, O, for grace to trust Him more.” Thank you, Lord!

Are you trusting in God and doing all you can for his glory?

Lord, do good to those who are good, to those who are upright in heart. The Lord will never forsake the righteous and upright in heart. All those who trust in Him will feed on his goodness.

Are you willing to tell the world just what the Lord has done for you?

I will sing to the Lord, in all the earth, I will proclaim the good news of his salvation from day to day, his salvation that was so freely given to me. I will tell the whole world just how he delivered me when I was bound in sin, how he healed me when I was sick, how he provided for me when I was in need. My God is great and greatly to be praise. I will continually tell out my soul, the greatness of the Lord, so that others may come to know him and experience his greatness. Will you?
