Is God’s grace sufficient for you this morning?
Too many times we fall short of God’s goodness because we give up too soon, we somehow convince ourselves that we are alone, but, God’s promise to us is that he will never leave us nor forsake us, and that he will walk with us through all of the hills and dark valleys. So, be of good courage, the cross you are carrying could never be heavier than God’s grace. Keep the faith!
Do we walk with God’s peace in our hearts?
Lord, the road we walk is troublesome, the pathway is full of strife, but, when we walk with your peace in our hearts, all our troubles flee from us. Therefore Lord, each day fill our hearts with your peace, so that we could see the way and follow where it leads. Amen!
Do you find joy in the presence of the Lord?
Those who dwell in His house are full of joy, their cup overflow with good things, their hearts are glad and their souls rejoice, because they delight in the Lord.
What is the most important thing we need to pray for during and after this election?
We need to pray for peace and unity. “Grant O God, that, your holy and life-giving spirit, may so move every human heart and especially the hearts of the people of this land, that barriers which divide us may crumble, suspicions disappear, and hatreds cease; that our divisions being healed, we may live in justice and peace, through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Amen!
How often do you need to call upon God?
That should be between you and God. I personally call upon God morning, noon, and night, and all in between. I ask him to provide situations in my life that would keep me on my knees and close to him. Because when things are too good with us, we tend to forget God until the next time we need him. I feel good being in God’s presence all the time, I feel wonderful knowing that he is close to me, leading me, guiding me every step of my journey with him. Every step I take, I want it to lead me closer to God.
Does God forget us in our struggles?
Absolutely not! He promised, that, when we have exhausted our store of endurance, when our strength has failed and the day is only half done, that when we have reached the end of all that we have saved, that our Father’s full giving is only begun; and that we need not fear, but lean on the arm of the everlasting God our Father, who will be able to carry our load, because He giveth, and giveth and giveth again. Praise the Lord!
Lord, I am so thankful for all that you have done for me!
When I awake in the morning, I give you praise, I thank you for the new day and your new mercies, I commit the day to you and I ask for your guidance. Lord, I am healed this morning, not of pain in my body, but I am healed in my spirit, my heart is overwhelmed because you were bruised for my iniquities and by your stripes, I am healed. Thank you, Lord!
How prepared are we to bow and confess before God?
Many of us are so busy making provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lust, that we give no thought to the day when we will have to bow and confess before God. But, we have been warned, that the time is closer than we think and that the time to begin preparing is now. Therefore, let us cast off the works of darkness and put on the armor of light. Let us walk properly, as in the day, when we could see clearly.
Are you happily dwelling in the courts of the Lord?
All of us who have been called by God should be happy people; we should daily draw into his courts and be satisfied by the beauty of his house and by the holiness of his temple. Lord, you delight in those who love you and as such keep your commandments. Instill in us happy hearts that delight in you, so that we could daily enter your gates with thanksgiving and into your courts with praise.
Are you ashamed of the Gospel of Christ?
“I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, first to the Jew, then to the Greek. But, whoever denies Me before men, I will also deny him before My Father in heaven.”
