Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. 1 John 5:4

Great is my confidence in you, great is my boasting on your behalf; I am filled with comfort. I am overflowing with joy in all our affliction. 2 Corinthians 7:4

“Therefore, since we have such a hope, we are very bold. Therefore, rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!”

You must be sure to set aside a tenth of all the produce brought forth each year from your fields. Deuteronomy 14:22

“You will have plenty to eat, until you are satisfied. You will praise the name of the Lord your God, who has worked wonders for you. My people will never again be put to shame.”

Thus, any tithe from the land, whether from the seed of the land or the fruit of the trees, belongs to the Lord; it is holy to the Lord. Leviticus 27:30.

Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. And thereby put me to the test, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven for you, and pour down for you a blessing, until there is no more need. Malachi 3:10

If you walk in My statutes and keep My commandments, and perform them, I will send you rain in its season, and the ground will yield its crops and the trees their fruit. Leviticus 26:3-4

Be glad, O children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God, for He has given you the autumn rains for your vindication. He sends you showers, both autumn and spring rains, as before. Joel 2:23

We are reminded in Psalm 84, that, those who go through the desolate valley will find it a place of spring, for early rains have covered it with water. Praise the Lord!

If you are going through the valley right now, draw your strength from it; find in it a well-spring, and watch God bring you through it. He is able! He turns deserts into pools of water and dry lands into flowing springs.

A gullible person believes anything, but a sensible person watches his step. Proverbs 14:15

“The prudent understand where they are going, but fools deceive themselves.”

Dismiss me not from Thy service Lord, but train me for Thy will, for even I, in fields so broad, some duties may fulfill, and I will ask for no reward, except to serve Thee still. (Ira Sankey)

“Lord, speak to me that I may speak, in living echoes of Thy throne, as Thou has sought, so let me seek, Thy erring children lost and lone. Oh, lead me Lord, that I may lead, the wandering and the wavering feet, oh, feed me Lord, that I may feed, Thy hungering ones, with manna sweet. Oh, strengthen me that while I stand, I may stretch out a loving hand, to wrestlers with the troubled sea.”

Keep in step with the Master, whatever betide, though dark be the pathway, keep close to your Guide, while foes are alluring and danger is near, when walking with Jesus you have nothing to fear. Ira Sankey

My brothers and sisters in Christ, we must always try our best to walk closely with Jesus. For even though the road may be rugged, Jesus will be our Guide. Therefore, “Keep step with the Master, do not halt by the way, whatever He commands you, oh, haste to obey, arise at His bidding, press on in His might, while walking with Jesus, you’re sure to be right.”

And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples. Luke 11:1

So, Jesus told them, “When you pray, say: Our Father, which art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth. Give us day by day our daily bread. And forgive us our sins; as we forgive those who sin against us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory, forever and ever. Amen!”
