Every way of a man is right in his own eyes, but the Lord weighs the heart. Proverbs 21:2

“Search me, O God, and know my heart today; try me, O Savior, know my thoughts, I pray. See if there be some wicked way in me; cleanse me from every sin and set me free.”

The Lord is with you while you are with him. If you seek him, he will be found by you, but if you forsake him, he will forsake you. 2 Chronicles 15:2

For the eyes of the Lord run to and from throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong to those whose heart is loyal to him. 2 Chronicles 16:9

“There’s a friend for little children, above the bright blue sky, a friend who never changes, whose love will never die.” Do you have such a friend?

I have such a friend and his name is Jesus. He is a friend like no other, I’ve had. For when I was lost, he found me, when I was alone, he comforted me, when I was hungry, he fed me and when my faith wavered, he said, ‘Hold my hand and I will guide you.’ Thank you, Jesus, for being the one constant in my life.

“Reach out and touch the Lord, as He goes by, you’ll find He’s not too busy to hear your cry, He’s passing by this moment, your needs to supply, reach out and touch the Lord as He goes by.”

Every day, we are faced with different situations; some, we are able to handle on our own, but others need divine intervention. My brothers and sisters in Christ, I just want to remind you this morning, that whatever your need, God is standing ready to supply, so reach out and touch the Lord, as He goes by and you’ll find He’s not too busy to hear your hearts’ cry.

“Jesus the very thought of thee, with sweetness fills the breast; but, sweeter far thy face to see, and in thy presence rest.” Lord, please keep our minds fixed on you!

“No voice can sing, no heart can frame, nor can the memory find; a sweeter sound than Jesus’ name, the Savior of mankind. O hope of every contrite heart, the joy of all the meek, to those who fall how kind thou art, how good to those who seek.” Thank you, Lord!

Jesus bore the shame for us at Calvary, and it is high time, for all of us, to tell of the goodness of Jesus, and what he has done for us; it is time for us to tell the Blessed story, of the Christ who went all the way to Calvary for us, bruised, battered, scorned and crucified.

“When I think of the goodness of Jesus and what he has done for me, my soul cries out Hallelujah, thank God for saving me. I feel good, good, good, I feel good, wonderful good, every time I talk about Jesus, I feel good, good, good. Because he set me free one day, he set me free, he broke the bonds of prison for me, someday in glory his face I will see, oh, glory be to God, he set me. Oh, glory be to God, he set me free.”

Still, I am certain to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Psalm 27:13

How excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God! therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of thy wings, they feast on the abundance of Your house, and You give them drink from Your river of delights. Psalm 36:7-10

Who is the man who fears the Lord? He will instruct him in the path chosen for him. Psalm 25:12

You have made known to me the path of life; You will fill me with joy in Your presence, with eternal pleasures at Your right hand. Psalm 16:11

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Psalm 2:5

Oh, how great is thy goodness, which thou hast laid up for them that fear thee; which thou hast wrought for them that trust in thee before the sons of men! Psalm 31:19

The Lord does so many wonderful things for us and we are glad. Psalm 126:3

And in that day, it will be said, “Surely this is our God; we have waited for Him, and He has saved us. This is the Lord for whom we have waited. Let us rejoice and be glad in His salvation.” Isaiah 25:9
