God be merciful to us and bless us, and cause his face to shine upon us, that His ways may be known on the earth. Psalm 67

“May the Lord bless you and keep you, the Lord make his. face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord. turn his face toward you and give you peace.” Have a blessed Sunday full of God’s peace.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16

“I stand amazed in the presence, of Jesus the Nazarene, and wonder how he could love me, a sinner, condemned and unclean. How marvelous! How wonderful! And my song shall ever be. How marvelous! How wonderful! Is my Savior’s love for me!”

“On Christ, the solid Rock, I stand; all other ground is sinking sand, all other ground is sinking sand.”

When you know that your hope is built upon nothing less, but Jesus’ blood and righteousness, you can confidently say, ‘On Christ the solid Rock I stand, all other ground is sinking sand, and when all around my soul gives way, He still is all my hope and stay”. Thank you, Lord!

“Jesus sought me when a stranger, wandering from the fold of God, and Thy goodness like a fetter bound my wandering heart to Thee.” Thank you, Lord!

“Come, my Lord, no longer tarry, take my ransomed soul away, send Thine angels now to carry
me to realms of endless days. Here’s my heart Lord, oh take and seal it, seal it for Thy courts above.”

“High King of heaven, my victory won, may I reach heaven’s joys, and bright heaven’s sun, you know my own heart, so whatever befall, still be my vision, O, ruler of all.”

“Pick me up Lord, wash the dirt off my face, show me where I’m wrong, and put me back in my place, pick me up Lord, set me straight again, when I start to falter, let me hold to your hand. Sometimes I rub against the sin around me, and I guess some of it gets into my soul, but every time, I’ve sinned, you found me, Jesus, because you’ve got too much love to be wasted, so Lord, I’ll try to use what is my share, my heart may be small, but I’ve tasted heaven, and Lord, you are the only one who cares, so, continually pick me up when I falter and set me straight again. I want to experience heaven’s joy and heaven’s bright sun.”

“Sun and moon shall be darkened, stars shall fall, the heav’ns shall flee. Christ will then like lightning shine; all will see his glorious sign. All will then the trumpet hear, and all will see the Judge appear. You, Lord, by all will be confessed, God in man made manifest.”

When the trumpet of the Lord shall sound and time shall be no more, and the morning breaks, eternal, bright and fair; when the saved of earth shall gather over on the other shore, and the roll is called up yonder, I’ll be there.” My brothers and sisters in Christ, when the roll is called up yonder,
will you be there? I want to be there, so I am doing my best to make it in.

Heavenly Father, the days and years are moving so quickly, and it may cause us to get caught up in the business of this world and lose sight of our heavenly goal, so we ask for your grace as we move forward in this New Year, for a closer walk with you. Amen!

“Grant us grace to see you, Lord, mirrored in your holy Word, May our lives and all we do, imitate and honor you, that we all like you may at your great epiphany and may praise you, ever blest, God in man made manifest.” Help us, Lord!

This is the day that the Lord has made, we will rejoice and be glad in it. Psalm 118:24

“Songs of thankfulness and praise, Jesus, Lord, to you we raise, manifested by the star, to the Magi from afar, branch of royal David’s stem, in your birth at Bethlehem, anthems be to you addressed, God in man made manifest.” Lord, we give you all of the honor and glory due to your name. To God be the glory for the great things he has done! His mercy endures forever.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAVIKA!

Lord, every day you give us reasons to praise you, and today I am truly thankful for the blessings of a daughter. Davika is celebrating another year under your care, and I am entrusting her to your love and devotion, to lead her in the right way, your way. As the years increase, so too may her knowledge of you grow stronger, and may all that she do be governed by you, for Christ’s sake. Amen! Happy Birthday Davika!

“Brightest and best of the stars of the morning, dawn on our darkness and lend us Thine aid; Star of the East the horizon adorning, guide where our infant Redeemer is laid.”

Heavenly Father, continually lead us back to the manger where the Christ-Child was born; especially when we are in trouble when we have lost our way when problems assail us from every side; may the brightest and best of the stars of the morning, dawn on our darkness and lend us Thine aid. Thank you, Lord!
