So, we are Christ’s ambassadors; God is making his appeal through us. We speak for Christ when we plead, “Come back to God!”. 2 Corinthians 5:20
“For if, when we were enemies of God, we were reconciled to Him through the death of His Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through His life! Therefore, as God’s fellow workers, then, we urge you not to receive God’s grace in vain.”
You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit, fruit that will last; so that whatever you ask in my name, the Father will give you. John 15:16
My brothers and sisters in Christ, we have been chosen by God to bear good fruit. What kind of fruit is growing in your garden of life? If we are not cultivating and nurturing the fruit of the Spirit we are sowing the wrong seeds. May God help us embrace the fruit of the Spirit, which is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and temperance.
“Therefore I, a prisoner for serving the Lord, beg you to lead a life worthy of your calling you have received, for you have been called by God, and on account of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God, which is your spiritual service of worship.”
