Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery trial that has come upon you, as though something strange were happening to you. But, rejoice that you share in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may be overjoyed at the revelation of His glory. 1 Peter 4:13

My brothers and sisters in Christ, what you are I are going through, our light and temporary affliction is producing for us an eternal glory that far outweighs our troubles. For our present troubles are small and won’t last very long. This too shall pass. Therefore, let us fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen; for what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. These trials will also show that our faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold, as our faith is far more precious than mere gold. So, when our faith remains strong through many trials, it will bring us much praise and glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world.
