Lord, you are more ready to hear us than we are to pray, but thank you, Lord, that you know our needs before we ask, you know what is best for us, Lord, so do with us as you will, in Jesus’ name we pray. Amen!

Dear God, as we go through these forty days of Lent, may our lives be changed, and our hearts renewed. May the blessing of God Almighty be upon us and move mightily in our lives, may we be open to these changes; and use us O God, in mighty ways, and as you see fit, to help bring those who have strayed away from you closer to you. All this we ask in your precious name. And let all the peoples say, Amen!
