HOW TO BREAK EVERY CHAIN WORKSHOP

Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: neither give place to the devil. Ephesians 4:26-27

“Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that need. Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers, and grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamor, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: and be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.” If you are born again, you are a new creature, old things are pass away and you are born again.

The Lord has blessed us with a new week filled with promises. Let us begin this week prayerfully, go through it expectantly, and end it thankfully. Have a blessed and fulfilled week

Jesus answered and said to them, “Those who are well have no need for a physician, but those who are sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.” Luke 5:31-32

The dumb was made to talk, the lame was made to walk, the deaf heard and the blind was made to see. Are you dumb, lame, deaf, or blind this morning? Are you in need of a physician? Know that the great physician is always near, with a sympathizing ear. Know that God is able to heal you of your infirmity this morning, but he is waiting for you to call. My brothers and sisters in Christ, only you know what ails you this morning, only you could describe the pain you are feeling. Why suffer any longer when you could be healed this very hour. The blind beggar was not ashamed and he called with a loud voice, “Son of David have mercy on me!” And Jesus asked him, “What do you want me to do for you? He said, “Lord, that I may receive my sight. Then Jesus said to him, “Receive your sight, your faith has made you well.”  God is asking you this very same question this morning. What do you want him to do for you? He said call, and I will answer you. Many of us are suffering in mind, body, and spirit, we are suffering from uncircumcised hearts, let us come humbly before God this morning and ask him to circumcised our hearts, to bring them under subjection, that we may come to believe that He is Lord, that he is our great physician who wants to make us well. My brothers and sisters in Christ, call on God while he may yet be found, for redemption draweth nigh, the day of salvation is here, and the time to accept him is now.

Who is preparing us for the second coming of our most High Priest, Jesus Christ?

God saw how the children of Israel had stiffened their necks and hardened their hearts and turned aside from his ways, so he visited and redeemed them, and raised up a horn of Salvation for them in John the Baptiste, who was ordained to prepare their hearts, to show them the way of Salvation, by the remission of their sins, to give light to those who sat in darkness and to guide their feet into the way of peace, that they might serve the Lord their God without fear. My brothers and sisters in Christ, who is our forerunner today, who is preparing us to meet our risen and ascended Lord? God sends messengers to prepare us for his second coming. Have you not heard the voice of the one crying in the wilderness, saying, “Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight?” Have we stiffened our necks and hardened our hearts? Are we so deaf that we will not hear? Are we so rebellious that we cannot be saved? Prepare your heart to meet your God, repent and be saved, it’s time to honor God with your heart and not just your lips. Let us serve the Lord our God without fear, in holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our lives, for He is coming again with power and in all His glory. Praise the Lord!

Dear God, help us to walk closer with you each day

Dear Lord, give us your calming spirit, keep our faith sweet and strong, and let our trust in you triumph over every wrong. Lord, if we are walking closely with you our paths will be clearer, our decisions will be firmer, and all that we do will be to your honor and glory. Lord, continually lead us and guide us, so that we would faithfully follow you. All this we ask in your most precious name. Amen.
