“The heavens will praise Your wonders, O Lord, Your faithfulness also in the assembly of saints. For who in the heavens can be compared to the Lord? God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints, and to be held in reverence by all those around Him. O Lord God of hosts, who is Mighty Like You?”

For great is Your mercy toward me, You, have delivered my soul from the depths of hell. You, O Lord, are a God full of compassion and gracious, long-suffering and abundant in mercy and truth. Give strength to Your servant. Show me a sign for good, so that those who hate me may see it, and be ashamed; because You Lord, have helped me and comforted me. Psalm 86

“Give ear O Lord, to my prayer, and attend to the voice of my supplications. In the days of trouble, I will call upon You, for You will answer. Among the gods, there is none like You, O Lord, nor are there any works like Your works.” You deserve our praise!

“Teach me Thy way, O Lord, teach me Thy way! Thy guiding grace afford, teach me Thy way! Help me to walk aright, more by faith, less by sight; Lead me with heavenly light, teach me Thy way! Teach me Thy way O Lord, teach me Thy way! Long as my life shall last, teach me Thy way! Where ever my lot is cast, teach me Thy way! Until the race is run, until the journey’s done, until the crown is won, teach me Thy way!”

“Oh, Lord of hosts, blessed is the man who trusts in you, they go from strength to strength. No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly.”

“But My people would not heed My voice, and Israel would have none of Me, so I gave them over to their own stubborn heart; to walk in their own counsels. Oh, that My people would listen to me, that Israel would walk in My ways! I would soon subdue their enemies and turn My hand against their adversaries. I would have fed them with the finest wheat, and with honey from the rock. I would have satisfied you!”

“Our soul waits for the Lord; He is our help and our shield. For our heart shall rejoice in Him, because we have trusted in His holy name. Let Your mercy O Lord, be upon us, just as we hope in You.”

“And I will give peace to the land, and you will lie down with nothing to fear. I will rid the land of dangerous animals, and no sword will pass through your land. Summon Your power, O God; show Your strength, O God, which You have exerted on our behalf.”

Lord, please remove fear from me, so that I will never be afraid to sit down at the table you have prepared for me, in the presence of my enemies; humble me, so that you will anoint my head with oil, and cause my cup to overflow with your goodness.

“Wait on the Lord; be of good courage and he shall strengthen your heart. My heart trusted in Him and I am helped, therefore my heart greatly rejoices and with my song I will praise him.”
