Are we faithful enough to trust God through our challenges, trials and pains, by going through them joyfully, and allowing God to bring us through?

We do not know what each new day will bring forth, but we will trust God in all things and believe that he will see us through every problem that we will face. God will not give us more that we could bear. He knows our limits, he will just move us beyond our comfort zones to see if we would still trust him. God please use us in ways this week that will bring you the most honor and glory. Amen!

If God so loves us, that He died for us so that through Him we might live, why then are we not loving Him back by following his commandments?

We could liken God’s commandments to a parent warning a child not to run out into the road because of what will happen, but yet the child still runs out into the road. God instructed us in that we should not steal, lie, covet, kill, envy, and so much more, but yet, we do it anyway. When Christ died for us, His will was not for us to walk contrary to His ways, by being carnal minded, for to be carnal minded is death, but to be Spiritually minded, is life and peace; because the carnal mind is enmity against God, for it is not subject to the law of God nor indeed can be, so then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God, but, if the Spirit of God dwells in you your body is dead to sin. The commandments of God are holy, just and good, let us strive to walk in them so that we will live and not die.

What shall I do to be saved? How do I deny myself, and take up my cross, and follow Christ?

Come to Jesus and confess that you have sinned, and he will have mercy and pardon you. You need to admit that you have tried everything on your own and have failed, you must endure your own struggles, and then choose to follow Christ wherever he leads you. Say this prayer with me, “Lord Jesus, I long to be perfectly whole, I want thee forever to live in my soul, break down every idol cast out every foe, Lord wash me and I shall be whiter than snow.”

My brothers and sisters in Christ are you working to be present at the second coming of our Lord?

If you love the things of this world be careful, for the things of the world are passing away and only who does the will of God will abide forever. Therefore, now little children, abide in Him that when He appears, you may have confidence and not be ashamed before Him at His coming.

When you have been in a place for too long, you become complacent, you become too comfortable and you are no longer productive.

As farmers in God’s vineyard we must constantly move, we have to shift gears, we have to be creative, we have to be on fire for God, in order to win souls for Christ. Where-ever God tells you to go know that he has already prepared the way before you, do not be afraid or terrified, for the Lord will go before you.

Are we trusting daily in the Savior’s love, and believe that he is able to supply our every need?

How could we trust you O Lord, and be fearful at the same time? Teach us how to step out in faith believing that you are able, that we could depend on you for all the help we need today and the promised blessings that you will send our way. Thank you, Lord!

It is always a good thing to give God thanks everywhere and for everything. We have so much to thank God for. Where do we begin?

God gives us so much and we fail to lift him up in praise. The least we could do each morning, is to thank God for the new day and for all the promised blessings that he will send our way. Thank you, Lord!

God has equipped us for every good work, but many of us through disobedience will be disqualified.

God has already given us all that we need to be vessels of honor, therefore, let everyone who names the name of Christ depart from iniquity and cleanse himself, so that he will be a vessel of honor and useful to God, prepared for every good work. Let us not be disqualified because of disobedience to God.

Have you ever prayed to God for anything and seemed like the wait was too long?

Your wait will seem longer if you don’t understand that God does everything in his own time and that he makes no mistakes. He answers our prayers at exactly the right time. Many of us could attest to this, that when we prayed to God, it may have seemed like we needed the prayer to be answered immediately, but when God answered, we then realized that God truly gives us our fruits in due season.

Are you only a hearer of the word and not a doer of the word?

If we are doers of God’s word, we will aim to do what is good and right in his sight according to his law. As we teach others of God’s law we should be careful to practice what we preach. Let us ask of God that he will guide us who are blind, to be a light for those of us who grope in darkness, to instruct us who are foolish, and lead us who teach others to accept his teaching. If we preach that a man should not steal, then we ourselves should not steal.
